Terms of Service

Last updated 13 September 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Wigo zTech for the use of SIC. By creating an account or using SIC, you accept them. If you use SIC for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept them on its behalf.

1. The service

SIC is an agentic AI system that plans, writes, designs, schedules and publishes social media content for organisations, with human approval before publication. We may improve, change or retire features over time; we will give reasonable notice before removing anything your organisation relies on.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate account information.
  • Keep your sign-in details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at joshuachewe@wigoztech.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • Access is provisioned per organisation. We may decline or close accounts at our discretion before a paid agreement is in place.

3. Human approval and AI output

SIC uses AI, and AI can be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. SIC therefore requires a person in your organisation to approve content — first the copy, then the visuals — before it is published. You are responsible for the content you approve and for making sure it is accurate, lawful and appropriate for your audience.

Similar prompts can produce similar results for different customers, so AI output is not guaranteed to be unique.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SIC to:

  • create fake engagement — bots, engagement pods, purchased followers, likes or comments;
  • send spam or run deceptive, fraudulent or misleading campaigns;
  • publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • impersonate a person or organisation you do not represent;
  • connect social accounts you are not authorised to manage;
  • break the terms of any connected platform, or try to access platforms other than through SIC's official integrations;
  • probe, overload, reverse engineer or circumvent SIC's security, or access another organisation's data.

We may remove content or suspend access that breaches this section.

5. Connected platforms

Publishing depends on third-party platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Their terms and policies apply to your accounts and content there. They can change their features, limits or approval rules at any time, and we are not responsible for their availability, decisions or actions — including removal of content or restrictions on your accounts.

6. Your content

You own the materials you give SIC and, as between you and us, the content SIC produces for you. You grant Wigo zTech a limited licence to host, copy, process and transmit that material only as needed to provide, secure and support SIC for you.

You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload — logos, images, product footage, and anyone's likeness or voice. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. Our platform

SIC itself — its software, templates, design and underlying models of operation — belongs to Wigo zTech and its licensors. These terms do not transfer any of it to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.

8. Fees

Fees, billing periods and usage limits are set out in your organisation's order or written agreement. Unless that agreement says otherwise, fees are non-refundable and exclusive of taxes.

9. Confidentiality

Each of us will protect the other's non-public information with reasonable care and use it only for the purposes of this agreement. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using SIC at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if continuing would create legal or security risk. On termination, your right to use SIC ends and we delete your organisation's data as described in the Privacy Policy. Content already published to social platforms remains there.

11. Disclaimers

SIC is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee any particular reach, engagement, sales or other business result.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Wigo zTech's total liability arising from SIC is limited to the fees your organisation paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Indemnity

You will indemnify Wigo zTech against third-party claims arising from content you approve for publication or from your breach of these terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. The courts of Lusaka have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless your written agreement with us specifies otherwise.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and give account holders notice of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use SIC after that means you accept the updated terms.
