What is SIC?
SIC is an agentic AI system that runs your organisation's social media. It plans content, writes captions, designs branded visuals, produces short-form video, schedules posts and publishes them — with people in your organisation approving everything first.
Does SIC post anything without my approval?
No. Every post crosses two human gates: you approve the words, then you approve the visuals. Nothing is published until both are approved.
Which platforms does SIC publish to?
Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts today — feed posts, carousels, Instagram Reels and Facebook video. More platforms are on the roadmap.
What kinds of content can SIC make?
Captions and copy, branded image cards and carousels, and vertical short-form video with voiceover, music, sound design and motion graphics, drawn from a growing library of visual templates.
Will the content look and sound like my brand?
Yes. SIC works inside your brand kit — logo, colours, tone of voice, products and campaigns. A campaign can lock its visual style, voice and sound so a whole series stays consistent.
How does SIC keep quality high?
Before a video reaches you, SIC checks its own work. One agent reviews the edit plan; another looks at frames from the finished render and grades them against current motion-design standards. If the video falls short, SIC revises and re-renders it on its own.
Does SIC buy followers or fake engagement?
Never. SIC connects to platforms only through their official APIs. No bots, no engagement pods, no purchased followers, likes or comments.
Is my data secure?
Social account tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, each organisation's data is isolated at the database level, and files are shared only through short-lived signed links. The full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
Do you use my content to train AI models?
No. Your content and connected-account data are used only to provide SIC to your organisation.
Can I disconnect my accounts or delete my data?
Yes. Disconnect Facebook or Instagram from Settings at any time, or email joshuachewe@wigoztech.com to delete your data — we complete deletion within 30 days. See how data deletion works.
How much does SIC cost?
Pricing is tailored to each organisation, based on the platforms you publish to, your posting volume and how much video you need. Request access and we will put a plan together.
